    we are a small team so sometimes (especially in winter) products may take 1-2 weeks to ship.

    products ship via USPS priority mail.

  • Refunds & Returns

    Physical items: we do not offer returns or refunds unless an item is damaged. Please reach out via email if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

    In-person events: unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on classes unless we need cancel or reschedule. in the case of rescheduling, we offer a refund if you are unable to attend the new date.

    Online classes & events: All ticket sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased through our platform. If the event is cancelled we will automatically issue a refund.
